We offer a 1-year Warranty on all of our LEDs!
If your LEDs ever stop working within the warranty period, simply send those LEDs back, and we will send you FREE replacements! We guarantee our LEDs to be exceptional in quality and reliability, so we back them with an excellent warranty!
Our warranty provides extensive coverage for 1 year from the date of delivery. This coverage includes the replacement of any defective LEDs for one year! In the rare event that a warranty claim is needed, the buyer assumes the responsibility of returning any defective LEDs to USA-LEDs, and paying for the return shipping cost associated with the returned items.
Our warranty process requires a return authorization number (RAN) before returning any items to USA-LEDs! To obtain this number, please contact us directly by email or phone. If you have any questions about our warranty process, please feel free to contact us!
