Our Refund / Exchange policy provides you with a 14-day money back guarantee on our LEDs and LED products! If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return your order to USA-LEDs and we will either refund your purchase or exchange it!
Our Refund / Exchange Policy provides coverage for 14 days from the date of delivery. In the rare event that a refund / exchange is needed, the buyer assumes the responsibility of returning their order to USA-LEDs, and paying for the return shipping cost associated with the returned items. The buyer also assumes a 30% restocking fee to be calculated and deducted from the original order total to be refunded.
