PRODUCT USE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER FOR FIREARM MOUNTED PRODUCTS

IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING THIS PRODUCT

 

This product is a specialized firearm-mounted illumination device intended for use with compatible rifles, shotguns, and other firearms for which the product is expressly designed. It is intended only for individuals who are legally permitted to possess and use the product and who understand and accept the risks associated with firearm accessories and their intended application.

By purchasing, receiving, possessing, installing, or using this product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand that mounting any accessory to a firearm may involve inherent risks, including, but not limited to, equipment failure, improper installation, loosening or detachment, damage to the product or firearm, property damage, bodily injury, or death.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase, installation, possession, maintenance, and use of this product to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITY

The purchaser and user are solely responsible for:

  • Determining whether this product is appropriate and compatible with their particular rifle, shotgun, or other firearm.

  • Ensuring that the product is installed correctly and securely.

  • Inspecting the product, mounting system, and attachment points before each use.

  • Ensuring compatibility with the firearm, mounting system, batteries, accessories, and other equipment with which the product is used.

  • Following all applicable federal, state, local, and other applicable laws and regulations.

  • Following all manufacturer instructions and warnings.

  • Using the product only for its intended purpose.

  • Discontinuing use immediately if the product appears damaged, defective, loose, overheated, malfunctioning, or otherwise unsafe.

The manufacturer makes no representation that this product is suitable for every rifle, shotgun, firearm, mounting system, ammunition configuration, environment, or application.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF PERFORMANCE

Although the manufacturer makes reasonable efforts to produce reliable products and to inspect products prior to sale, no electronic, mechanical, optical, or firearm-mounted product can be guaranteed to operate without failure.

The manufacturer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, illumination performance, battery life, durability, recoil resistance, compatibility, or suitability for any particular purpose unless expressly stated in writing.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the manufacturer, seller, designer, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase, installation, possession, maintenance, or use of this product.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser agrees to release and hold harmless the manufacturer and seller from claims arising from the purchaser's misuse, improper installation, modification, unauthorized repair, failure to inspect, failure to follow instructions, or use of the product contrary to its intended purpose.

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

5. MODIFICATION PROHIBITED

Unauthorized modification, alteration, disassembly, repair, or combination of this product with incompatible components may compromise its safety and performance and may void any applicable warranty.

The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for products that have been modified or improperly repaired.

6. INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

The product should be inspected before every use. Do not use the product if any component appears damaged, cracked, loose, deformed, excessively worn, overheated, or otherwise compromised.

The purchaser is responsible for appropriate maintenance, battery management, mounting-system inspection, and replacement of worn or damaged components.

7. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining and complying with all federal, state, local, and other applicable laws and regulations concerning the possession, installation, transportation, and use of this product.

The manufacturer does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of any particular firearm, configuration, application, or use.

8. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer, that you understand the risks associated with its intended use, and that you voluntarily accept those risks to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, install, or use the product.
