Return and exchange policy

    We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy with all of our products. The 14 days of the policy begins once the order has been delivered to the customer specified address. After 14 days from delivery, the ability to return or exchange a product become void and will not be accepted. The customer also agrees to pay for return shipping at their expense.

     The process is very simple to return or exchange a product. Simply contact us by phone or email to inform us of the return request. One of our representatives will issue an RMA # or Return Merchandise Authorization Number. This number is important to help track the return process which provides critical information to process your return in a timely fashion. We will not accept a return or exchange without this number.
